New Day Yoga’s Immersion Retreats present opportunities to dive into the deeper facets of yoga. Beginning at 3:00pm the first day and ending at 2:00pm on the last, each retreat creates a 6-day/5-night, enlightened experience where you can expect God to touch you in a unique way as you probe more fully how “fearfully and wonderfully” you are made— physically, energetically, emotionally and spiritually.
New Day Yoga’s Immersion Experience is open to those who 1) currently have a regular yoga practice, 2) have been practicing yoga steadily for at least a year, 3) are familiar with basic yoga postures and practices (breathwork, chant, meditation, etc.), and 4) are ready to take their yoga practice to the next level physically and spiritually.

Each day begins with an optional Yoga practice that includes Pranayama & Meditation. A Silent Breakfast follows. Next is a Mind/Body Workshop, followed by a retreat activity such as Contemplative Photography or the Sacred Hours Walk. After lunch an afternoon workshop on various topics is available, then a second Yoga practice in the afternoon. Free time before and after dinner creates space to process the day. Chapel brings the day to an end and begins the Grand Silence.
